Win Win Chinese Restaurant in Whitby

This restaurant is the one I like best. I visit a lot of restaurants but here I keep coming back again and again. The stuff is very amicable and the food they offer is so delicious. I never decline to have a good dinner in this place. Highly recommended.

Food was cold and under cooked. You can definitely tell its all frozen crapNever again! I have had crappy chinese food before, but this place takes it to a whole new level.

Catering to downtown oshawa, win win's audience is a bunch of unemployed disabled people. The food is horrendous. I ate here once and I got sick. The wonton soup is watered down, the ribs are gross and the spareribs look like a soup. Chinese food? More like dog food. Avoid at all costs. The owners are older men who are running a sweat shop for a Chinese man doing the cooking, who looks like he could use a break.

Top quality Chinese food

Ordered from them for my son's birthday dinner and was very unimpressed, so was the rest of my family. The chicken wings were over fried, the "fried rice" tasted like it just came off the stove and they poured a bunch of soya sauce on it and they forgot our chicken balls.

Terrible service. Waited 3 hours for delivery, food is cold and now not edible. Don't ever order.

Great service

Extremely poor customer service, Messed up our order giving us shrimp rice, we clearly told them no shrimp, they even wrote it on the order/receipt. Then proceeded to tell us its our fault also saying "what do you want me to do about it". The portion sizes were horrific, a $90 bill on a dinner for 6 with an extra order of chicken, Barely fed all of us. The portion sizes were deceiving having chicken or beef on top of broccoli hidden underneath making it look like more then it really is. The Chicken Chow Mein was scarce of chicken. Overall the experience was extremely poor and I would not recommend eating here.

Tasty food, affordable pricing.

Been going here for years and they have the best Cantonese Chow Mein in town. And I am a connoisseur on CCM.

Don't go here or Silver Star, go to Jet Garden, it's a few streets from here, they are closed for now, but I can't wait until they open again

Good food and value

The food is consistently great, and exactly what I wanted (Canadian-style Chinese). The prices are excellent, the options are good, and the food is always ready on time.What more can you ask for from a take-out place?

Not the best Chinese food ive ever had but still good. I ordered a combo 6 for the lemon chicken. I did not like how they do lemon chicken. It was breaded chicken that you had to dip in lemon sauce. Other then that good value

Good food, delivers food for free over $25 dollars but needs better deals

Poor service. Got the order wrong. We waited almost 2 hours for them to fix it. Did not compensate me. Completely ruined our family event. Tries to take back a dish given to us in error. Beware I think this place is under new management!! Lost a longtime customer over the fact they did not fix this.

Good soup. Doesn't look great from inside or outside... but food is good for takeaway. Free parking.

Got a #3 Combo. Egg roll, breaded shrimp, chicken fried rice and veggies. A little greasy but I like it that way. All and all, I'd order again!

I tried to order a dinner for one as set out on there menu knowing there would be a delivery charge. Which I ave paid for 8 yrs . I got told they want deliver that small of an order. Interesting they had no problem for the last 8 years. So I guess their brochures are false and after eight years I will no longer be ordering y dinner for ones or my dinner for 3 .

We enjoy going out. Yesterday we went to this fine restaurant which friends told us about. We passed a delightful experience there with excellent food and an efficient stuff and a great chef. We put this venue in our list and we will certainly return very soon. We warmly recommend.

I've downgraded my review from four stars after two separate occasions of standing at the counter for over fifteen minutes to claim a pickup order that was already bagged. Good, simple takeout if you are willing to wait needlessly.

It's decent enough.

Amount of meat added to dishes is much more than I'd expect (Cantonese chow mein and house special fried rice specifically) - great taste and good value - since jet garden closed this is my go to place in Whitby

One star is still to generous to this restaurant.Food was incased in some sort of jelly.Most vegetables were actually rotting in their food containers and some chicken dish that was still pink inside their fryed layer the beef tasted like it had been rotting for awhile. Their customer service is horrible to say the least.
